Forum Description and Manifest: Vast and varied paradigm of contemporary mass-culture evokes a dynamic, expressive and diverse cognitive, communicative and cultural feedback, constituting thus an integrated interactive discourse otherwise known as fandom. While the scope of practices for fannish indulgement have been functionally employed worldwide for quite a while, the subject matter of fandom as an interactive communicative medium and ambient has been heretofore marginalized by theoretical mainstream of modern humanities, social science and cultural anthropology.
